At Aven Studio, we carefully prepare and package each order with love and attention to detail. Once your album is ready, we will contact you to confirm delivery.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after production is complete.

  • You will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone to arrange delivery.

Important:

If we are unable to reach you for delivery within 3 days of completion—and you do not respond to messages or calls—your order will be canceled with no refund.

This policy ensures smooth operations and timely service for all clients.

Please make sure your contact details are accurate when placing your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

نحن في Aven Studio نحرص على تجهيز وتغليف كل طلب بعناية ودقّة. بعد الانتهاء من إنتاج الألبوم، سيتم التواصل معكِ لتأكيد موعد التوصيل

مدة التوصيل

  • يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ الانتهاء

مهم جدًا

في حال تعذّر التواصل معكِ خلال 3 ايام من جاهزية الطلب، ولم يتم الرد على المكالمات أو الرسائل، فسيتم إلغاء الطلب دون استرداد
